The company was founded in 2005 by Jacob Navne-van Vliet. Based on his extensive touring schedule as both FOH and Monitor engineer in numerous countries, he realized that something was missing. On every tour, there were always at least one or two shows that was really dismal due to arguments with local authorities about actual sound level played at OR due to limits imposed that made no sense when trying to entertain a large audience.
